Self-storage facility located in Michigan. This was a mismanaged storage facility. We optimized operations by initiating an aggressive marketing campaign, raising storage rental rates to market value, and addressed deferred maintenance throughout the facility.

Self-storage facility located in northwest Indiana. There is also a warehouse on the parcel rented to a national transportation company. After acquiring this property, we built two additional storage buildings.
